Congratulations to Dudley Christie, brilliant chef at Cedar View Care Centre who was presented with the LOVE award for living the Company’s values every day. Dudley loves to cook and cooks from the heart. Although new to British cuisine, he has researched recipes on You Tube and practised at home in order that he can cook for the residents their favourite dishes. He is always open to new ideas and keen to develop both himself and the menu. His curries and Jerk chicken are much enjoyed by the residents. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is well liked by the residents and his colleagues.
