At The Future Care Group we always acknowledge staff who go above and beyond! Our LOVE award is a monthly award that celebrates those who Live Our Values Everyday. This means that care, comfort, compassion and credibility are at the heart of what they do.
This month, we received more nominations than ever, and the decision was not easy! Without further ado, we are pleased to announce that Gavin, Group Quality and Compliance manager won this months award!
Gavin is the Future Care Group Quality and Compliance manager, and was nominated by Micky, Group Operations Director, who said Gavin truely led an example of putting residents needs first, when he came forward to cover a nursing shift.
