Albany Lodge activity team take part in a Memory Walk in aid of Alzheimer’s Society!
The team said, “it was such a pleasure to take part in the memory walk on 29th September at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. We raised funds and awareness for those suffering from Alzheimer’s. This cause is very close to our hearts as we work with residents daily who suffer from the effects of Alzheimer’s as well as the impact it has on their family and friends. We cannot bring a memory back, but we can do our best to inspire moments of joy on a daily basis as Activity Coordinators at our home. We raised £567 for this amazing charity and are thankful to everyone who supported us and donated.”
