Acacia Lodge Care Home has a new sport! Huge exercise balls, wooden spoons and Irish music to bash away to. Lots of fun and exercise and they make wonderful foot stools to wobble the thighs on. Tambourine’s and tea to wet the whistle and there was plenty of happy singing going on.
