Future Care Group celebrated their devoted employees this month with ‘Long Term Service Awards’ for those who have worked as part of the Future Care Group family. Among them, Southborough Nursing Home employees were awarded for their long-standing determination and dedication to the company. We would like to take the time to thank them for their constant hard work and care that they provide to our home and our residents.
With 28 years of experience within the care industry, Gulzar Bano, Team Leader, was asked “How do you incorporate the Future Care Group’s values of Care, Comfort, Compassion and Credibility in your daily job?” She answered, “By working to the best of my ability and providing residents with the best outcomes.”
Najma Nasreen, a registered nurse at Southborough Nursing Home, since 2001. Najma was asked what she likes most about her job role, her response “I like working alongside like-minded nurses, and staff whom I can rely on. I like how my residents take care of me in their own ways by asking about my day and giving me feedback on how I can continue caring for them in the best way possible.”
Southborough’s healthcare assistant, Jennifer, was asked about her experience and background within healthcare, her response, “I started at Southborough Nursing Home 5 years ago and have been working here ever since. I thrive off helping others, as it gives me a great sense of achievement and makes me happy. I would like this year to work towards my nvq goal so I can work my way up in the caring industry.”
