We have had some beautiful sunny days which we welcomed with open arms! The residents of the Boynes Care Centre have been getting their hands dirty and helping to pot our front garden pots! Scientists have found that the bacterium is found in soil and may stimulate serotonin production, which makes you relaxed and happier. Studies were conducted on cancer patients and they reported a better quality of life and less stress. So what better way to test the theory than to spend the day potting some seasonal plants!
