Residents baked shortbread for everyone’s enjoyment. Perks of cooking activity is that it is engaging, brings memories of the past and at the end you can enjoy the fruit of your hard work. May, the resident, was very particular to get the consistency of the dough right and Patrick was having fun playing with the dough. And everyone else was just happy to indulge in the delicious freshly baked shortbread!
