For St David’s Day Oaklands House honoured Residents with Welsh heritage. The lifestyles team decorated the home with Welsh flags, bunting, posters and balloons. Residents enjoyed having fresh cut daffodils displayed around the home. We had a variety of activities to choose from. Some enjoyed colouring in daffodil and St David’s Day pictures, pushing daffodils using the magic table, while others joined in the daffodil craft session. For the tea afternoon, residents enjoyed home baked themed cupcakes.
