During this month, we are showing appreciation to our Deputy Managers. Shantel joined the team as our Clinical Deputy Manager at Hamilton Nursing Home in May 2022, and within a very short space of time, we could see the positive effect she had on the team. Shantel always finds a way to get things done and done well in a professional manner.
Shantel shared a few words upon receiving her reward – “I felt so thankful receiving my card and gifts for deputy manager appreciation month. Having it in line with International Women’s Day made it even more special. Thank you to Andrea and the Hamilton team for their trust and support and making it an amazing place to work every day”.
