The Future Care Group is proud to announce that Micha Gail Andal, who is the Deputy Manager at Solent Grange Nursing Home is the finalist for The Social Care Nurse Award! Micha’s efforts and achievements don’t go unnoticed. Her passion for end-of-life care shines through. She goes the extra mile to ensure our residents feel comfortable during this time in their lives and empowers staff to recognise the needs of family and friends, offering support and comfort during their time of need. Micha has also been the driving force for the introduction of Nourish and RADAR. She has supported her colleagues to understand the systems which in turn has improved the service for residents and their families. She is calm and professional and always at hand to support her colleagues at any given time.
