These are the core values of The Future Care Group. Every month, employees can be nominated for our LOVE award, which represents a staff member who Lives Our Values Everyday.
We recently saw Desmond and Trevor, from the Housekeeping Department at Bourne House, win this award.
They were nominated by Chris, Home Manager, who says she is “proud to introduce them to visitors and potential customers. I have confidence that their attitude and cheerful disposition go a long way to making Bourne House what it is. Both are the heart and soul of the home.”
