Nursing care Tailored nursing care to suit your requirements

Our team have the expertise and facilities to provide nursing care to look after the needs of our residents. We pride ourselves on our person centred approach to care so, whether your care needs are minimal or more complex, our carers and nurses provide as much or as little support as you require. We work closely with healthcare professionals, including doctors, community nurses, and social workers to support the needs of our residents with both physical and mental health. Every resident is unique, which is why their nutritional needs and preferences are taken into account as part of the nursing care we provide. We also want our residents to continue to create memories and moments of joy in this new stage of their life, which is why we have a full calendar of activities to take part in. We help residents to quickly settle into our homes by building close relationships with staff and other residents.

Our nursing care values

We make sure that our staff follow these four key values to provide the best possible person centred nursing care to each of our residents:

Care

Our staff are committed to providing the varying levels of nursing care that each resident requires, whilst looking after their needs with dignity and respect.

Comfort

We want our residents to settle in at our homes as quickly as possible, which is why we create an environment where you feel comfortable, safe, and loved.

Compassion

Within our homes, we ensure that both staff and residents treat each other with the empathy, consideration, and respect they deserve, so that they can build close relationships.

Credibility

You can expect honesty, professionalism, and transparency from us at all times, and you can expect our staff to have your best interests at heart.

What is nursing care?

Nursing care involves providing round-the-clock care to patients with a range of different disabilities and medical conditions. This means that they will require regular attention and assistance from qualified nurses. In a care home environment, we are able to closely monitor the health of residents and provide them with the support they need to continue to live with as much independence as possible. They will have access to facilities that cater to their needs, with plenty of social interaction and engaging activities that provide enjoyment. This environment allows independence whilst still providing the level of care that residents require.

Specialist nursing care homes

Our care homes are purpose built and fully equipped to provide residential living and nursing care to residents. We ensure our facilities are accessible to those with varying requirements, and our staff ensure that you will have the freedom to make the most of all our homes have to offer. Our modern facilities include:

  • Luxury lounges on each floor
  • Bistro areas
  • Landscaped and well-maintained gardens
  • Dining areas
  • Cinemas

Specialist nursing services

Our nursing care services are tailored to each resident. We make sure that they have access to the level of care they need. Whether short term respite care, or longer term dementia care, we can provide nursing care to residents with a variety of needs. Working closely with doctors, social workers and other healthcare professionals, we can provide 24-hour care to make sure you have access to the support and assistance you require. We also encourage you to continue to live an active lifestyle, regardless of the level of care you require. We provide opportunities to take part in hobbies and activities as part of our nursing care. These include:

  • Regular exercise
  • Opportunities to pursue creative interests
  • Social events and activities
  • A range of trips and excursions

End-of-life nursing care

Our nursing care services support residents throughout their time with us and, unfortunately, there may come a point where they reach the end of their life. In these difficult circumstances, we can provide support to the loved ones of our residents. Our end-of-life care involves accommodating a resident’s needs and making them as comfortable as possible at this time. We encourage visits from family and friends so that you can spend valuable time with them and provide them with company. Our staff will ensure that we adapt to your needs and provide the respect our residents deserve at this time.
