Dementia care

Dementia care is a specialised care service that you can take advantage of at Hamilton Nursing Home. With our residential care nurses, your diagnosis will be taken into account when we are developing your care plan, ensuring that your ever-changing needs are met. We support dementia diagnoses frequently, having the necessary experience to ensure residents who have dementia are cared for appropriately. Our dementia carers are supported by our Dementia Champions, who ensure that our dementia patients are benefitting from all the facilities available to them, such as our dementia-friendly landscaped gardens. No matter how advanced your dementia symptoms are, we know how to help you. You don’t have to suffer alone with dementia – our caring team will do everything they can to help you and encourage your happiness.
