Dementia care
We have the ability to deal with the needs of residents with dementia. Our dementia care provides support to our residents that allows them to maintain their independence as much as possible. They can receive assistance with daily tasks and are encouraged to take part in hobbies and activities. We also elect Dementia Champions at each of our homes, who lead the way in improving standards of care for dementia residents and improving our strategy of care.
Residential care
With our residential care services, we are committed to allowing our residents to live a life with as much freedom and independence as possible. We make this transition into residential care as straightforward as possible by supporting you in continuing to enjoy hobbies and activities that have previously brought you joy. With the opportunity to develop close relationships with other residents and staff within our homes, you can quickly settle into this new chapter of your life.
Nursing care
We can provide nursing care to those who require round-the-clock care and support whilst living with us. We work closely with multiple healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, who will keep a close eye on your physical and mental wellbeing. We support these residents in still being able to enjoy the facilities we have to offer, whilst making sure they have access to the medical assistance they need at this stage of their lives.
End-of-Life care
