Joel is kind and helpful, always goes over and above. He accepts any challenge; Joel did a 24 hour shift in order to solve a problem with the noise of a pipe. He is proactive and understands the needs of the residents and the home above everything else whilst working towards the values of the company. We are very fortunate to have Joel working for the Future Care Group.
