We were treated to a truly magical day as the children from Emma’s childminding paid us a visit. Their Halloween spirit had us all spellbound! They brought with them an infectious energy and a disco that had everyone tapping their feet.
The highlight of the day was the amazing cupcakes conjured up by our talented chef, Jakki. Spider and ghost cupcakes that not only looked spooktacular but tasted divine! Emma, with her incredible knack for connecting with children and the elderly, made the day extra special. Her warm and nurturing presence shown through! The residents were over the moon!
And guess what? These little angels promised to return for a festive dose of Christmas carols. Our residents are already counting down the days! Thank you, Emma, for filling our hearts with so much warmth and happiness.
Residents joined in too, with Maureen sporting a mask and Rita carrying the youngest visitor joyfully Southborough staff were enthusiastic as always! Our manager Kamal and Deputy Isabel were joined by staff children and family members on the Halloween parade that made the event a great success! Residents enjoyed a visit from the children in their rooms, too.
