Steep House Nursing Home celebrated Bangladesh Independence Day last month, with our two staff members from there, Ayesha and Rashed. They provided us with a feast of traditional dishes for the staff and residents to taste and enjoy!
Ayesha was accompanied by her husband and her baby Amaira, and Rashed by his wife, Taslima, and their little one Fatin.
In traditional dress and with traditional music playing, the afternoon was a happy celebration of one of the cultures that make up the diversity of our staff at Steep House.
This month, we look forward to tastes of Thailand as we celebrate Thailand’s New Year Songkran festival!
