Bourne House Nursing home recently held a staff meeting where the Home Manager, Chris Trott, took the opportunity to thank all the staff members for their dedication, commitment and efforts towards the residents during the challenging times throughout the covid outbreak.
The meeting brought heart-warming emotions, encouraged and motivated staff to do their best as they always have. We had the recognition for the Employee of the Month which again has motivated other staff to aim to be the Employee of the Month.
The day was extra special for the home as one of our staff members, Reyhan Parmak, has completed 7 years with the Future Care Group and she just turned 50. The chefs baked an amazing cake to wish her a very happy birthday.
This is what Reyhan had to say: “First and foremost I would like to thank Chris Trott for all the support and training over the years I have known her. I would also like to thank the whole organisation for appreciating my efforts. Time has just flown by, this journey with the Future Care Group has been just wonderful. Caring for the residents makes you feel blessed. I also admire and live the values of our organisation; Care, Comfort, Compassion and Credibility. These values have moved me to care for our residents with love and make them feel loved.”
