A huge thank you to Burns Gym for an amazing exercise session!
The residents of Southborough Nursing Home were happy to participate, especially Richard, one of our new residents who was fully engaged. It was fantastic to see our regular Burns Gym members Sue, Barbara, and Lily all on board too!
And of course, the surprise visit from Hunter the golden retriever and Sam, was the cherry on top. Hunter’s presence and moves truly cheered everyone and made today’s session even more fun and memorable!
