To celebrate Chocolate Cupcake Day all the residents involved had a wonderful time weighing out the ingredients, cracking eggs, mixing cake mixture and once cooked adding chocolate butter icing, and decorating with chocolate Malteser’s and sprinkles. One lucky resident got to taste the cake mixture and all the residents really enjoyed eating the final product! We also attempted to make a chocolate cupcake Bat that looked more like eyebrows, this made everyone laugh!
