On December 5th, Acacia Lodge Nursing had the pleasure of joining the town council and Mayor Kellie Hinton at the town hall. A delightful lunch buffet, ample wine, and a stunning Christmas cake set the festive mood. Residents Hazel Mackenzie, Mavis Crook, Iris Hill, and Shirley Boxall had a wonderful time.
Children from Rupert House School filled the air with Christmas carols, creating a beautiful scene as our residents joyfully joined in. Bingo rounds added to the fun, and we snagged some new books for the Acacia Library in the raffle. Santa made an appearance, spreading joy and smiles. Local Henley papers, The Standard and The Herald, captured the festive moments, chatting with the ladies and snapping pictures.
