Madily was nominated for delivering exceptional care; she is compassionate, gentle, polite, and has a natural kind manner towards our residents and colleagues.
Madily recognises the importance of a good night’s sleep for our residents’ physical and emotional well-being. She helps in promoting restful sleep and comfort by providing compassionate, person-centred support and ensuring our residents are well hydrated.
