We have some beautiful, heart-warming news to share with you! Bill, our lovely resident living at Brook House is a lifelong Chelsea fan. We contacted the club asking if they could send something to Bill in an attempt to surprise him and inspire a moment of joy. The email he received thanking him for being a loyal fan was simply amazing. Bill had tears in his eyes at receiving such an honour from his special club. We have put this wonderful email in a frame and it now has pride of place in his bedroom wall.
