With calls of “Merry Christmas” and much joviality echoing through Oaklands House Care Centre, Christmas Day had arrived, and everyone was in high spirits.
Smiling faces greeted us at the sight of our festively decorated, present bearing “sleigh,” blasting out festive tunes on its journey around Oaklands. Gifts were lovingly given to, and well received by, each of our cherished residents, spreading warmth and good cheer to everyone.
Many were joined by family and friends for this cherished day, with some staying for Christmas Dinner to make it an extra special occasion.
Oaklands Tavern made a much-appreciated appearance, offering a wonderful selection of beers, wines, and spirits to choose from. The wishes for a “Merry Christmas” had come true, creating a memorable day for all.
