Residents at Oaklands had a nice surprise, our first trip out since lockdown last year, they were so excited to be going out especially knowing that it was by the sea.
Royal Victoria Country Park is well known for the home of the biggest military hospital in the Victorian Empire, the 200-acre site is now ideal for relaxation and leisure, with acres of scenic parkland, foreshore and woodland overlooking Southampton water with breath-taking views. They were so looking forward in the outdoors, the beautiful surroundings and the sea air with lovely sunshine.
We ended our trip with a beverage, ice-cream and biscuits.
