Residents at Oaklands House enjoyed Shrove Tuesday this week. Chef Sarah made extra pancakes so our residents could practice tossing them, bringing back memories of making pancakes in their own kitchens. Our residents chose what fillings they would like for their pancake sand enjoyed squeezing lemons and sprinkling sugar.
Everyone agreed the pancakes were lovely !
