Last week, we had the privilege of delivering a basket of food generously donated by the relatives of our cherished residents to the Petersfield Food Bank. This independent charity operates with the backing of PACT (Petersfield Area Churches Together), and their mission is to offer food packs filled with tinned and packaged essentials to those facing urgent needs.
Our heartwarming journey was made even more special with the wonderful company of Tony and Mary, residents who joined us as we delivered these acts of kindness.
After donating, we had a jolly visit to Keydell Nursery, where we marvelled at festive décor. Mary adored natural pinecone, orange slice, and wood ornaments. Tony favoured wood carvings, and we all swooned over musical, moving Christmas delights.
