We kicked off the festive season at Stowford House on the final Saturday of November, with our Christmas fete!
We invited some independent businesses and schools in the local community to join us to celebrate. Many of our residents would now find going out to a Christmas market overwhelming and tiring – bringing the fete to the home meant many more could be involved in festivities much like those outside of the home. Residents and friends of the home enjoyed browsing many beautiful craft stalls, buying raffle tickets, pinning the nose on the snowman, guessing the name of the bear, meeting Santa clause and a live brass band in the car park.
