SUMMER FAIR FUN!
It was a fun filled day at Acacia Care Centre as staff and residents made the most of the warm weather and enjoyed the summer fair! It was great to see everyone getting involved in some summer fun. We had an amazing BBQ, refreshments, and delicious cakes.
There were several activities on offer such as “Balloon Darts,” “Guess my name,” “Guess how many sweets in the jar,” and of course, Raffle with great prizes to win.
Our residents were also treated to an amazing performance by one of our favourite entertainers – the wonderful Lizzie. She put on an amazing show. Everyone sang along, danced, and clapped to the music. We had smiles and laughter all around us.
Events like this one help to create a positive community spirit within our home. Bringing residents, their families, and friends and staff together for sociable experiences are incredibly meaningful and important to our residents.
Thank you to all who took the time to come along to enjoy and support our event. Thank you to all of our fabulous staff for making this day so special for our residents. This was a truly amazing afternoon, which brought everyone together and spread joy throughout the home.
