Staff, residents, and visitors came together for the ultimate summer send-off on September 16th, and what a sensational day it was!
The talented Simpsons serenaded us with timeless hits from the 50s/60s, while rock’n’roll rhythms got everyone grooving. Games like hook-a-duck and knock the tin cans added to the fun, and folks dressed up in fabulous 50s/60s costumes. We even had dedicated backdrop areas for vintage photo ops!
A bar and ice cream trolley quenched our thirst and satisfied sweet cravings with candy floss, sweet bags, ice lollies, and delicious ice creams. Our incredible maintenance man manned the BBQ, serving up burgers, hot dogs, and savoury snacks.
It was an unforgettable day of laughter, dance, music, and cherished moments. A massive thank you to everyone who made this incredible event possible!
