Southborough Nursing Home residents had a wonderful visit to Sunbury Park and had a wholesome experience.
They spent some time amidst the beautiful blooms of The Walled Garden! The roses and petunias were especially wonderful. Vibrant and happy colours all around.
Each resident had their own favourite parts on the trip. Barbara felt the lavender and wanted the smell to stay on her fingers. Jean said it was lovely to be out and loved the yellow roses. Beryl enjoyed a walk and chatting with Jean. Ruth said she had never heard of the Walled Garden. Chris particularly enjoyed being out as he looks forward to our trips.
It was a lovely time for all. Staff were equally enthusiastic, too!
