Step into a winter wonderland at Kings Lodge nursing home! Our festive spirit soared with our First Victorian Christmas Market on November 25th. Santa’s dedicated helpers, including residents, staff, and friends, poured their hearts into crafting knitted goods, wax melts, diamond art, and more, infusing each piece with a personal touch.
On the big day, the sun blessed us with its presence, turning our car park into a festive haven. Victorian outfits adorned everyone as we kicked off the festivities at 2 pm. Our talented singer, Alice, serenaded us with Christmas tunes while the air was filled with the scent of freshly made churros and crepes. Hot chocolate, mulled wine, roasted chestnuts—our taste buds were in for a treat!
But the magic didn’t stop there. Our arts and crafts stall beckoned, offering unique Christmas presents. Residents and visitors alike immersed themselves in the enchanting atmosphere, creating precious memories. A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who made this magical day possible!
