Waffle anyone?
What an exciting afternoon we had at Acacia Care Centre. We decided to make waffles! It was so much fun!
Our residents had a great time getting stuck into our activity. Residents helped to measure the ingredients and then put them all together to make our waffle batter.
After the waffles were made, we were able to decorate them with a choice of strawberries, raspberries, whipped cream, chocolate, and honey. Our waffles were delicious, and residents enjoyed them with a cup of tea.
Baking is an enjoyable activity that can be incredibly rewarding. Great work bakers!
