Chris Trott

Home Manager

I’m Chris, I manage our beautiful home. I enjoy motivating my team to provide outstanding quality care to our residents, and of course their family and friends.

I am a registered nurse, who specialises in special needs. I moved into a leadership role over 10 years ago, and have been a home manager for 15 years.

My hobbies are spending as much time with my children and grandchildren, and pets!


Sermista Silwal

Deputy Manager

I am a Registered Nurse and have got over 10 years of experience working in the care sector. I have worked my way up from healthcare assistant to management.
I believe in leading the team by example and am dedicated to providing outstanding person-centred care to each and every resident by developing and supporting the team members.
I truly believe in the mission and values of the Future Care Group to enhance the quality of life of the individuals and to support them to have a meaningful life.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and gardening.


Isaac D’souza

Administration Manager

My journey with the Future Care Group began in September 2020. I feel privileged to be a part of the care industry and especially, Bourne House Nursing Home. Currently, I serve as an Administration Manager for the home and I’m really excited to be part of such a wonderful team. Also, it feels great being around our lovely residents and looking after them.

Prior to working in the care industry, I was part of Banking and Investment with 13 years of experience in management role for Business Development and Client Relationship Management. I’m very passionate about learning new things every day and enhancing my knowledge. I’m looking forward to a great professional journey ahead!


Firmo Agoncillo

Head Chef

I am Firmo Agoncillo, and I am excited to introduce myself as the Head Chef at Bourne House Nursing Home. In 1999, I successfully obtained my NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Catering/Hospitality from West Thames College. Additionally, I have earned the Supervising Food Safety in Catering Level 3 Award. With over two decades of experience, I have worked as a Chef in five different care homes throughout England, starting in 1996.

Joining Bourne House is a wonderful opportunity for me to showcase my culinary expertise and create delectable dishes. I take great pride in not only preparing delicious meals but also presenting them with an aesthetic touch. Witnessing the smiles and satisfaction on the faces of the residents truly brightens my day. It is my utmost pleasure to utilize my experience to contribute to the dining experience at Bourne House Nursing Home.


Trevor Gubby

Head of House Keeping

Hi, I am Trevor Gubby, I have been with the Bourne House family since 2014. I am a member of the House Keeping team which plays an important role in the cleanliness of our home. Maintaining a clean environment is the essential part of healthy living. A clean home is a happy home! The feeling at Bourne House is a positive one and felt by the staff and the residents alike. We are one strong, happy family!


Florin Albu

Maintenance Coordinator

Hi, I am Florin Albu. I started working with Bourne House Nursing Home in 2016 and my journey since then has been phenomenal. As a maintenance coordinator, my responsibilities involve maintaining the facility internally and externally and to ensure that anything and everything is safe and in working order. My fellow colleagues and management have always been supportive and it makes me feel like we are all one family.
