Meet The Team

Our Belief is that your future matters

Fatmata Cochrane

Home Manager

Hello my name is Fatmata Cochrane but I would like to be called Fatima. I am now the Home Manager of Chestnut View Care Home.

I have been a General Registered Nurse for over 10 years now.

I also worked as a Deputy Manager, eventually working my way up to the role of General Manager for a nursing and dementia nursing care home.

I believe nothing is good or outstanding if you don’t make a difference in the lives of people you work for and with.

I always try to add value in people; helping others to succeed. I am passionate about my work and will make sure that our residents will continue to receive the highest quality of care.

Please feel free to pop in and meet me and my lovely team at any time.

Eli Beshirova

Administration Manager

I see empowering and remarkable examples of health care professionals going the extra mile for our absolutely adorable residents every day. Having worked with an amazing team and being able to call my colleagues friends is an irreplaceable experience. We have the privilege to work at our residents’ home and be their family, we get to meet awesome people who’ve had amazing lives and listen to their wonderful stories. It is about all the precious moments, all the kindness, all that we share together as a big family that is so touching, meaningful and life fulfilling.

Irene Larby

Receptionist
Hello, my name is Irene Larby and I work as a Receptionist at Chestnut View Care Home.
I have worked in Office Management roles, going into care when my husband passed away.
I have worked at Chestnut View for almost four years now and I continue to enjoy my role very much. My days are very busy but I receive a lot of support from my Admin Manager.
My hobbies include crosswords and home courses. I also love spending time with my grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Working here had helped me to broaden my skills and knowledge that I can implement not only at the workplace but also in my day to day life and I will always be grateful for the experience working with this lovely team/family.
