Meet The Team

Our Belief is that your future matters

Zoe Smith

Home Manager

Hello, My name is Zoe and I am proud to have recently joined
the Future Care Group as Home Manager at Stowford House Care Home. I was
attracted by the company’s values “Inspiring and enabling people to live a
meaningful life and making a difference”.

I am an RN, I also have a DipHE in Dementia studies. I have
worked with older people with Dementia for over 20 years and have managed
nursing and residential care homes since 2003. My aim has always been to work
with my team to provide the best care possible to our residents and ensure they
receive person-centred care.

Away from work I love to spend time with my 3 Daughters and
3 Grandchildren; I also love going to the theatre and have a passion for all
things Disney.

Kellie Shiers

Administration Manager

My name is Kellie Shiers and I am the Administration Manager of Stowford House Care Home. I have worked at the Home for 3 years, starting my journey with the admin team.

I found Stowford House while looking for 24-hour care for my Grandparents who I was caring for at home. As soon as I met the team, I knew I not only wanted my Grandparents to live here, I wanted to join the team and be part of making a difference to people’s futures.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my little boy doing various activities like baking and crafts. I also enjoy playing/listening to music, singing and reading.
